To do so, go to this link.  As demonstrated on the image to the left, select “Other” from the “Designation” drop-down menu.

After “Other” has been selected from the “Designation” drop-down menu, a text box will appear (see image to the right).  Enter the text “For SMC Opera” in the box. 

Fill out the rest of the form and click the “Donate Now” link at the bottom of the page.
